Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute project activities in phase-appropriate crystallization process development for API or API intermediate isolation to meet critical quality attributes of each product, effectively and efficiently
- Learn continuously and apply fundamentals of crystallization process development, related instrumentation application (automation, PAT, solid state characterization, etc.), and simulation tools in effective crystallization process development, from experimental design to operation, data collection, result analysis and presentation
- Understand the needs of drug developmental programs and communicate proactively with client’s team to maximize efficiency and success of each project
Basic Requirements
Ph.D. or M.S. degree holder in science and/or engineering related disciplines, with 0 to 30 yr. relevant research experience, passionate in API crystallization R&D, and a team player w/ good communication, organization, and planning skills
